'Next Payment' Field on Loan Details tab for Mortgage Loan not persistent (Q Mac)

Background: I switched from Windows to Mac at the beginning of 2023. So I have been running Mac version for about a year.

Version: Mac Quicken 7.3.2

Issue:

I have a 'debt' mortgage loan setup.

On the Loan Details tab

• Loan Details
  • First Payment Date: 5/13/2013
• Loan Payment
  • Next Payment: 12/1/2023

I set the next payment date to 12/1/2023 and save. The reminder in in my payment account matches.. so all is well.

The issue is when I bring up the 'Edit Loan and Payment Terms' again. When I want to review/edit , the date for the 'Next Payment' resets to 12/13/2013. It keeps grabbing the dayOfMonth from the firstPaymentDate field. This is repeatable.

The work around is keep changing the 'Next Payment' field every time I launch the loan terms and payments.
