Hiding old discussions

My screen is getting cluttered with old discussions. Is there a way to hide all but those that have not yet been answered?

Thank you.

Look at the Quick Links section on your Community webpage, either near the bottom or down the right side of the webpage. There's an "Unanswered" selection you can click.
But that may be cutting things down too much … there are many discussions marked "answered" because somebody posted a response, asking for more details, but not really providing an answer yet.
I rather prefer using the Discussions view. It's sorted chronologically by descending date, with high priority alerts on top of the first page.
You can use the "…" icon on each discussion title and select "Dismiss" to make unwanted alerts disappear from the top position and reappear on other pages further down based on age.

Great suggestion. I take it there's no way to sort beyond the date? Like adding status (answered, etc). That way I could at least group my discussions by status.

    Thank you.
