Budget Notes Disappearing

I had entered some budget notes for next year. They have all disappeared. I then added one additional note, closed Quicken and when I opened Quicken the note had disappeared. Any ideas?
All budget information aside from notes are fine.

Sadly a known issue since it was first introduced, and before.... some more color here:

Be sure to "report a problem" under the help menu. It reportedly helps Quicken judge the scope of the issue.
