AMEX (All Cards) just stopped synching
Perhaps it was the latest Quicken update ('Classic Biz and Personal'), but as of the end of Oct, no new updates are coming through on AMEX personal or biz cards. I've 'reset' the accounts, 'deactivated' the accounts, opened a duplicate card (all that did was set an opening debit balance w no history). The system has taken me to AMEX where I've reauthorized the cards. The odd thing is that AMEX report is nowhere to be seen at the end of the 'One Step Update' report although every other account in Quicken IS. Yet, AMEX is shown at the beginning and during the 'One Step Update Process.' I also went back to the saved data file before AMEX started acting up. It won't update from there either. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you. Steve

Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to download transactions? Are you able to reconnect the account successfully after deactivating?
