Cannot connect to Guideline 401k

I am attempting to connect Guideline as an account for my 401k. I am entering the correct credentials and am being prompted to enter a code from a text. Quicken continues to say that an account doesn't exist (which is inaccurate). I see from other community posts in prior months that this has been an issue for others, what am I supposed to do here? This is an account I have to be able to link in order to use the software

    I’m having the exact same problem. It had been working fine then this started happening recently. I made no changes to my Quicken setup.
