When updating an account for the first time, placeholders were created for the wrong securities

I note that others have this problem but can't see how or if it was resolved. I downloaded my Schwab transactions for the first time. 3 securities had placeholders and the actual security I own was deleted. For example, a placeholder appears for Blackstone GS Strategic Credit Fund for 82 shares. I don't own this fund but I own 82 Shares of Blackstone common stock. What steps do you recommend to correct this situation? I can't seem to find a place to delete the placeholder. If I could, I would still have the wrong number of Blackstone common shares I assume. Has anyone solved this problem?
