American Express connects but does not download transactions

AmEx required an authorization process recently and that worked ok but now when I update, it does connect but does not download any transactions. I can log into AmEx directly and see the transactions that should be downloading but in Quicken, it does not import them. I reset the account, twice and still nothing. A new issue ??

Just found the Alert concerning this so apparently it is a known issue. Will follow the Alert accordingly.
