Fidelity Netbenefits downloads incorrect cash balance equal to total portfolio value

Using Quicken Windows, every time I download my Fidelity Netbenefits account, Quicken records my portfolio holdings value as a cash balance as well — makes it look like I have doubled my money every time I download (if only!). I make a correction to the cash balance but then look at a "Value over time" and it makes it look like I am doubling and halving my account balance every time I do a download. Not a good way to track value! I used Quicken from the late 80s until around 2020 when it just became too buggy (and hated the subscription model). Decided to give it another go… (without using my old quicken file which had decades of transactions).
