Elon Financial Services Credit Card Online Balance doesn't match banks online balance

Options

Quicken 'online balance' for this account is '$2.00' but the bank's online balance is '$2.14'. Quicken appears to be dropping the numbers after the decimal point.

This is a known bug with Elan that sometimes happens when setting up the account for downloads, when doing Reset Account and when Deactivate followed by Add Account or Set Up Now. When did you first notice this issue?

Probably within the last 30-60 days

You might want to try the following:

    1. Enter & save the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount into the Memo field. (This is not a critical part of the process but sometimes when changing connection methods Quicken will change the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount. Having the correct dollar amount entered into the Memo field is an easy way to know when this has happened and to know what needs to be done to correct it when it has happened.)
    2. Backup your data file.
    3. Do Reset Account (Online Services tab of Account Details). If you still get a dropped-cents Online Balance, try to OSU or Update Now the next day and see if it resolves the issue.
    4. If after completing #3 it still has the dropped-cents Online Balance, try to Deactivate it followed by Set Up Now. Again, if you still get the dropped-cents Online Balance, try OSU or Update Now the next day to see if that resolves the issue.

Usually (not always), one of these steps will resolve the issue.

Let me know the results. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I can walk you through a couple of other options that some have said resolved the issue for them.
