Has anyone trading Options found a problem in their Portfolio Market Value?

I'm on Windows 8.1 Version R53.16 Build 27.1.53.16. I've used Quicken for about 30 years.

I recently starting trading Options and last night was reconciling November statement with Fidelity. Everything balances except I'm out so I went line by line and found that the differences were in the options which ALL had their market value (Nov. 30) completely different from those on Fidelity's statement. I called Quicken since I thought it w/b their problem and immediately tried to find out where they get their figures from for the UPDATE. But unfortunately he took me thru all kinds of unnecessary steps trying to prove that figures were coming thru OK from Fidelity but I knew they were since I've always balanced and never had a problem like that. So I then called Fidelity's Electronic Channel Support Line but they could not help at all and advised calling Quicken again - so I'm on here now wanting to know where does Quicken get their figures for the updates? Have other people checked their market values for their options? I did a little research online and found there are different Clearing Houses and I see different closing prices for options at different clearing houses. So - what do we do to have Quicken's options pricing match that of our brokerage? Or do I have to train myself to not care? Can anyone help with this? What did you do about it? Thank you.

I had the same problem once I updated to the new connection method.
