BUG Early Access Investment Reports - All securities not included even though defaults to do so

When I generate my investment report, Include all securities selected BUT the report's not right. It does NOT include all securities. Only if click the Select All button does the correct report get generated including all securities. Release R53.16, Build 27.1.53.16

IMHO: This and my other bug report on Early Access seems like poor QA testing. Sorry, but I'm disappointed to find such simple bugs
