syncing to mobile deletes reconciled entries

I am syncing to mobile and noticed that reconciled entries on my desktop version are being deleted or rarely a new random entry will be added. This is pretty ridiculous… The amount of time I have been wasting re-reconciling my accounts and having to go through 20+ years of entries to find what got deleted is absurd.
I have already tried resetting my cloud data and the other things from a previous post…they worked for a bit but now we are back to this software wasting my time instead of helping me…
Anyone else having this problem?
