Charles Schwab Account - quicken has removed my Equities

I found today while updating my accounts that my equities are gone on one account.

If I try another date they are gone too. The transactions show last month paying a dividend on Microsoft. No I did not sale. Online still shows and monthly statement shows them.

Quicken has removed or does not show my equities.

Were there when I did October statement.

Last month did not download all my transactions either and a couple of transactions are acting weird. Miscexp is one.

fyi: try a singe update on that account and it did not help.
