Cannot download detailed investment information with Wells Fargo Bank

Here is the message I get when I try to download account details from Wells Fargo. This never was a problem before this last update. Here is the message. "Wells Fargo Bank does not support downloading detailed investment information. If you want to use Detailed Tracking, you must disconnect this account and manually enter your investment transactions." Any advise? My account totals are not even close to accurate.

To further assist, could you please provide more information? Is the account you're trying to connect/update an investment account? There are quite a few choices for Wells Fargo connections; which connection are you using?
If the connection you are using gives you the option, are you making certain it is connected via Direct Connect?
