Institution Login Error - Quicken Classic Mac

For the past few months I keep getting this error when I update my accounts. The error always identifies either Fifth Third Bank or Costco Citibank Card; both are setup as Direct connect. Every once in awhile, the update will run without any warnings. If I remove both Direct Connect accounts everything works fine without a warning. It is as if quicken cloud wants to update the account for me but cannot because I go directly to the bank.

The error code is QCS-0429—2|CC-929) BID=53292

    Any updates? I can sometimes get a single update to work without an error but it returns on the next sync. If I disconnect my two direct connect accounts, everything looks to be fine.

    Did something change with the Direct Connect protocol/API?
