Quicken freezes when updating Schwab accounts

I am using Quicken Classic, Version 52.26, Build 27.1.53.26, Windows 10 operating system

My accounts have been transferred from TDAmeritrade to Schwab and I am trying to set up Quicken to download the Schwab account transactions. When I try to download an account, the window asking permission for Intuit comes up. When I click continue the program freezes and I have to use task manager to close Quicken. No update occurs.
