I no longer am getting transactions from my Discover Card downloaded to Quicken.

Discover Cards have been a part of my Quicken Accounts for years. Recently (Sept\Oct) downloaded transactions ceased. Without any prior notice or error messages. What am I missing? (Besides transactions)
