Amazon sync store card will not load into Quicken

For quite awhile now, I have had to export transactions from Amazon Sync card and then import them into Quicken. Each time I do this, Quicken asks if I want to establish direct connection. If I say yes, it tries to find the account and then says I entered the wrong id or password. Even though I use the same one I just used to export the transactions in the first place. Now, suddenly, the page for exporting transactions out of Amazon Sync is broken. Does anyone know how to get quicken to properly connect to the Amazon Sync card?
