Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Tried to update my credit card through the Quicken website, each time I attempted to save it, it would log me out and I had to log back in. When I went back to see if my updated information was successfully updated, it was not saved. Call Support it was very hard to understand with their accents after two calls, bottom line is I had to renew through the application. It would be helpful to have this information posted on your website that it is necessary to update in the application. Customer service reps were not very friendly or helpful. Don't feel they really understand the webpage/product.
