Trying to add account at American Express Bank FSB crashes Quicken

Have tried multiple times to add a new Amex Savings account. When I go to Add Account it hangs for a few minutes, gives an error about consent.quicken.com taking too long to load, and then returns to the Add Account screen and Quicken crashes.

No such error if I try to an an Amex credit card.
