I initially reported problem with connecting to PFCU on Nov 28. I kept getting message that update was in progress and please try again later. After talking to Quicken's technicians for over two hours over 5 separate phone conversations I finally had a chance to talk to a supervisor. He told me that they have tried to contact PFCU to resolve problem but did not get a response. I called the credit union and after explaining my problem they advised me that they no longer allow third party to access their accounts and I would have to download transactions manually.
