BUG in new interface for selecting accounts for Itemized Categories

I am running with the new interface that allows you to select which accounts to be included when reporting Itemized Categories. When I select "All Accounts (excludes Separate accounts)" the report includes ALL accounts INCLUDING the Separate accounts. The only way to get a report that actually excludes the Separate Accounts is to select "Show Separate accounts" and then deselect them. In the past (i.e. old interface) when you selected All Accounts, it properly excluded the Separate accounts.
