Price off by a day and missing data on security (SLVO)

I have a security (Credit Suisse X-Links Silver Shares Covered Call ETN - ticker SLVO) where the prices are always a day behind (so today's price was actually the closing price yesterday) and there is no data in fields like Annual Dividend, Dividend Yield and Dividend Date when there should be. I would say that maybe the data is delayed due to the type of security it is but there is a "sister" security to this called Credit Suisse X-Links Oil Shares Covered Call ETN (ticker USOI) which updates fine every day (the price is the current day's price and it has information in the Annual Dividend, Dividend Yield and Dividend Date fields.

Does anyone else see this?

Can we get this information corrected/updated?
