Add INVEST AMT to report headers (Q Mac)

Transaction reports only allow limited column headings. For investment transactions that involve only transferring shares and not cash, the amount column is ZERO (0) and it is not possible to show the dollar value of the share transfer i.e. the INVEST AMT, like it is shown in the investment register.
