Franklin Templeton: OL-301

For several days I've been getting an OL-301 error message trying to update my Franklin Templeton accounts. It still hasn't correct itself. Any suggestions? Thx in advance.

    UPDATE: Wouldn't you know it no sooner do I post this I give it one more try and the problem is now resolved.
