One step update fails after December product update
After the program updated last week, one step update freezes or just spins even if I only select 1 account to update. The update seems to connect to the external account and download the data, but when it switches to Processing data it just spins.
I've tried re-installing the app, restarting the computer, applying the patch, etc.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

ok tried that. Still same result, it just spins when "processing data". I don't sync to the cloud so the file is local only.
Any other ideas?

I started with a backup from before the upgrade, and using that I was able to update a few accounts. Eventually I worked through all the accounts and got it working again.

I had the same issue after the recent Quicken update. Quicken would start and ask for a file password then freeze up at the load screen. Unable to get it to load. I then removed Quicken from the computer and downloaded a new version of Quicken to load. It failed to load with this in the log. I think you have an issue please issue a revised program update.
