My balance changed and will not reset
I was using the Quicken for several years when all of a sudden, the balance just went negative about $27K and I cannot change it. I normally work on the web version as the desktop version is down\stairs.
I have Quicken for windows and this issue started March of this year and I would like to start using Quicken again. I have attached a pic of my register, and you can see when it changed the balance all the way back to when I started entering information back in November 2021.
Does anyone have any suggestions.

Which financial institution is this issue with? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Is this account set up for online downloads? If so, what is the connection method? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
