I'd like to share my Quicken login with my wife, with 2FA

I'm new to Quicken, coming from Mint. WIth Mint, my wife and I were both able to login using my email, and the 2FA was taken care of by using the Authenticator app.

Does Quicken support any Authenticator app to achieve 2FA, or will my wife have to text me for a 2FA code each time she tries to login when I'm not around?

best,

Joe Elwell

See if this link is helpful. It contains links to questions. I don't have to use MFA each time I login into Quicken on my computer so my wife or family member I designate can also access Quicken if they know the Windows password to my computer.

If you are talking about 2FA coming from Quicken, I think you can change it to use an email address rather than a phone number. You could then create an email address with auto-forwarding to both of you.

If you are talking about 2FA codes coming from your financial institutions, I think you'd need to set that up with each of your financial institutions.
