Unable to verify financial institution for downloads

Hello my bank had dropped Quicken services for a contract disagreement. They recently came to an agreement and are offering service with Quicken again. I was unable to use the features from the middle of July this year until now was able to download transactions from Nov 1 to present day. However every time I try to download the missing transactions from July to Nov I keep getting the message unable to verify the financial institution for downloads! I need some help to fix this issue. Is it on the bank's end or Quicken? Any help gladly accepted.

Telling us the name of that bank would be extremely helpful.

Once the bank has resolved the contract issues, the download service provider, Intuit Inc., should add the bank's name back to the list of supported financial institutions. When that has been done, you should be able to use Tools / Add Account to reactivate your account register(s) with this bank for transaction downloading.

MidCountry Bank The only thing that I notice that is different now is I have to use MidCounty Bank RO for my personal accounts. I am trying to figure out if by them now using the RO behind their name if that may be the issue. My account number is the same.

The bank should be able to tell you which of the two entries for personal banking accounts is the one to use in Quicken. From looking at the list of supported banks I can't tell which entry is new and which is obsolete.
If there's an obsolete entry in the list, the bank should work with Intuit to have it removed.

The bank should also be able to tell you which download method they support:
download thru Quicken One Step Update or
download a QFX file of transactions from the bank's website and import into Quicken.

The old one was just plain MidCountry with no RO or BO behind it. I am able to use the one step update but only went back to Nov 1 and the date they reactivated with Quicken in early Dec. I would love to get the transactions from July to November imported in as well. Unfortunately that import does not work so that is what I need fixed. So it would be on the banks end to correct that is that what you are saying?
