Pages/Tabs reopen the way you previously changed them [Edited]

When I collapse (close) the graph below the 'clear filters' button on the 'bills & income/projected balances' page, then leave or close the page and come back, the graph is open again. I would like a way to close the graph where is does not reopen when returning/opening this page.
