Share Reconciliation when have some ESPP shares and some regular shares

I have within a brokerage account the same stock twice, once as ESPP shares (which of course need to be accounted for separately) and once as regular shares. Share reconciliation can't seem to handle this properly, showing two errors (that of course would cancel each other out). Is there a correct way to enter these, one for which Quicken can handle a single number of shares for the ticket symbol, as reported by the brokerage, but maintain that number split between two holdings, one for the ESPP and the other for other shares?

    Unfortunately there is no better way to handle having ESPPs and regular shares in the same account. You just have to manually add the two share counts together to get the overall share count.
