Report Showing Expenses as Pct of Income against guidelines.

Is there a way to generate a report that would show me if my expenses against my income were withing the guidelines of most advisors. For example food 12%….can I set that as an upper limit and have that nice pie chart (or a bar chart) show me if I am overspending on these areas? Thanks!
