Dragging & Dropping receipts isn't working...

I attach receipts to transactions but the "drag & drop" feature isn't working for me and never has. I always have to save it to my PC and then find it/upload it to the transaction. Has anyone else had this issues? I'm on version R53.32 (Windows Subscription). Thanks for any insight.

For clarification, I'm attempting to drag it from Outlook, not File Explorer. Dragging it from File Explorer works.

Are you running 64-bit Outlook? 32-bit Quicken can't talk to that.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.

Ahh…yes, I'm running 64-bit Outlook. Good to know. Do you know if Quicken will be coming out with a 64-bit version, so dragging/dropping directly from Outlook is possible?
But I appreciate the information.
