Truncated payee names

Ever since I did the required reauthorization with Wells Fargo to continue using Quicken with the bank, all my payee downloads show up as just the first three characters of each name.

I have tried to report this to Quicken by messaging Support in the Help section of the app and including a screen shot, but my experience has been that these messages never get answered.
