NFCU 2FA

Hello, the last week or two the 2MFA texts from NFCU while updating single account or doing the One Step Update never arrive. But, if I select the code to be sent by email it works fine. I have tried online (the web) Quicken and it's the same as the app, so it has nothing to do with my Quicken version (I have the latest) or the OS. And, when you have to do that separately for any account with NFCU it gets annoying. Please help!
