Investment account view

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
One of my investment accounts only shows a "dashboard summary" view and i am unable to find the transaction view to update purchases etc. I went into Edit and looked at the Tracking options (simple vs complete) but they are grayed out and i don't see a way to convert it to allow me to get into transactions! i have shares showing in there, but they have been sold and i can't find a way to update this

Are you looking at the Account Details where you see the Simple vs Complete greyed out:
