Transactions and Costs still not downloading on Mac?

Are the transactions still not downloading from Charles Schwab or is it just my computer?
Problem has existed since the September Ameritrade to Schwab conversion.
Is Quicken too busy increasing subscription cost to solve operational issues that make Quicken almost useless for investments tracking?
