Chase Bank not listing account in Quicken, although it shows in Add Account

I am running Windows (10) Quicken Classic Premier Version R53.32, Build 27.1.53.32. I generally don't have problems with Chase Bank, but one credit card is NOT being listed, although it is listed in the Add Account when I try to add it.
