Issue with "Financial Institution" random change...?

Question

The "Financial Institution" on the general tab in "Account Details" has changed.  For example, normally it would say Orange County Credit Union now it says, "Orange County credit union-CREDIT CARD".  I have multiple accounts at this bank and all of the tabs in my checking and various savings all have changed to the above.

For reference at my institution all of my accounts including my credit card are linked at my bank in order to transfer money, payments….

****My concern/issue/question is why and or how did this change happen with in Quicken and how can I change it back WITHOUT creating a whole new Quicken data file….?

Thanks for responding and sorry for the late response.  No i wasn't asking how to change the account name, I know  how to do that (thanks for the great instruction/pic though).

Im just going to create, yet again (seems like i Literally have to do this at the beginning of every single year), data file….and it is very time consuming because i have multiple and i mean multiple accounts at one branch.  Because something always seems to go haywire with my Quicken accounts around Nov/Dec every year and its randomly.

Are you wanting to change the Account Name or the Financial Institution?  See the following picture which describes what you can and cannot do regarding this.:

When an account is first set up or sometimes when the connection method is changed (via Reset Account, Deactivate/Set Up Now or Reauthorization), the set up process will create or change the name of the account.  If you did any of these things recently, then perhaps that is what caused it in your Quicken file.
