You can use my program for that purpose (ImportQIF).
You can find it here:

Adding years to transaction date
I am currently in the process of entering a significant amount of financial transactions that span multiple years. To help streamline this process, I have a list of 12 transactions that I can copy for a single year. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of the data, I must update the year on each of those 12 transactions manually.
Is there a way to update all 12 new transactions by one year in a single action?

If you can prep all these transactions into an Excel csv file, see

Using Scheduled Reminders you can enter your long-term planning needs without having to preload your register with multiple years of future-dated transactions and/or change dates manually.
For example, a single Scheduled Reminder for making a monthly payment will automatically advance the Due Date to the next month when executed on or before the due date. Many views in Quicken can show what the future holds, without the need to pre-enter many future dated transactions into your account registers.
The Projected Balances view under the Planning tab will take your reminders and project them into the future for as long as you need.
