Bank of America - still OSU downloading transactions issues, CC501 error

On Quicken Classic subscription in Windows 11. I was previously having the issue with Bank of America transactions not downloading. I opened a ticket with BOA and never heard back, but after a day or two, transaction download returned. A few duplicates initially that I had to manage, but since then transaction seem to download and balances in Quicken match BOA website.

However, I am still getting CC-501 error every time - "unable to update these accounts" -for Bank of America, despite the fact the transactions are downloaded and the accounts ARE updated.

As other have said, Quicken users need BOA download to work properly. Please stay on this, Quicken!
