OSU Does It Really Have No Timeout?

Its time for the one step update process to be fixed so that it time out properly. Ending the Quicken task is not a good approach or expectations. My OSU has been running for 15 minutes.

Yes, I am aware of the present service provider issue and this proves my point. It should not hang or run more than 5 minutes.
