Patelco CU CC-800

I've got this message for past several days.

I've tried:

  1. reset every account for Patelco CU, for some I got prompt for the code and provided the code
  2. deactivated every account for Patelco CU manually, till no Patelco CU-WC exists
  3. Set up online for Patelco CU as "Patelco Credit Union-WC"

nothing has helped, I've got CC-800 error, Quicken can't tell which one of Patelco accounts has the issue and why and how to fix it.

I spoke to tech support and was told there is some server side issue that might impact this and in a day or two it should be addressed, but so far the issue continues.

I think this is on Intuit servers side.

how to fix this issue?
