Quicken won't accept password change in the vault

I changed the password in the vault for my account with my investment broker. When I update, Quicken won't accept the changed password even though it opens the brokerage website and I've added it according to instructions. Help! I have a brand new Windows 11 computer. My account is with Raymond James.
