I'm new to Quicken coming from a previous budgeting software where i was manually updating a balances monthly and wanted to try quicken to see if i could get some automation, but have been having lots of issues with my investment/retirement accounts.

  1. Fidelity Net Benefits - adding accounts only finds one account (i have two)
  2. Fidelity Net Benefits - balance on the one imported account is doubled via a placeholder transaction, can delete but unsure if correct to do.
  3. Vanguard - Lots of placeholder transactions, can manually delete to correct but unsure if right to do.
  4. Vanguard - incorrect fee value that does not match the transaction log in fidelity
  5. Merrill Lynch - Unable to add account. Receive a note "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)".
