Synchrony Credit Card Account Setup
I have been trying to set up my Synchrony Credit Card Accounts for a couple of days. As you know they are using a bill manager where all your cards are in one place. Every time I try to setup an account using quicken, I get a message back telling me my credentials are incorrect. I believe the link quicken is using is invalid. Because, If I go to web and connect through the synchrony log in site and have absolutely no problem logging into the bill manager.
If I try to set up just one account individually on the bill manager by downloading a statement or several statement in the quicken file format, I'll get data, but just the statement data and not all the activity in a register format showing the activity in a logical order, say over that past 3 months or so.
Hopefully I'm making sense here. And if anyone has some thoughts on what I may maybe missing here, I would greatly appreciate the advice.
Note: I did spend a good amount of time with customer support this afternoon, and they too could not figure it out.
