unable to download TD Ameritrade transactions

I previous user asked this and then answered their own question by stating "handled it like a rebranding problem". I have no idea what they did or what that means.

I expect that what they mean by that is this:
- Disconnect the TD Ameritrade from downloading.
- Disconnecting allows you to erase the Financial Institution and Account Number on the General tab of the Account Details screen.
- Having done that you go into the Online Services tab and click on "Set up Now…" to reconnect the Account
- That will allow you to tell Quicken that the Account is now at Schwab and Quicken should find that Account
- You then LINK that Account to the old TD Ameritrade Account

I still have all but five accounts at Ameritrade, and all of them stopped updating. The one account they switched to Schwab updates fine.
So should I use steps 2 and 3 and see if they update?
