Import a bank transaction file manually to Quicken Deluxe2013

It seems that Quicken 2013 will not allow me to import a bank transaction file. It requires registration but will not allow me to register stating there is no internet connection. But, I do have Internet connection and I configured my firewall for the Quicken recommendations.

The message states I must import to the account manually. I downloaded the web connect file from the bank and try to import the file. I still get the same no internet error.

Can you please help me learn how to manually upload the bank transactions?

The .QFX file is Quicken's proprietary version of the .OFX file and you can not import it into QW2013 because support for importing those files ceased in 2016.

What you can do is use ImportQIF ( found at quicknperlwiz.com and it is FREE) to convert the .QFX file into a .QIF file and import it. ImportQIF will also convert .QIF and .CSV files for import. Personally I use it myself and it does a great job.

Please, do not ask how to use it on this forum, QPW does a great job of supporting folks thru his website.
