Merrill Edge accounts not updating Quicken Mac

Hi all, I know this may have been going on for a while, but I cannot find a recent discussion: My Merrill Edge accounts on Quicken for Mac (latest version) are NOT updating and have not been showing transactions since August/September! I see price changes, but not purchase and sales. I tried reconnecting and according to the website transfer all is right (Using Direct Connect). But no changes to the accounts. Any ideas? What have I missed?,
