Additional card holders not downloading from Amex anymore

I have been having the well documented quicken /amex download reauthorization problem.

I have realized that in both cases ( I have 2 different amex sign on accounts) it is the additional card holder card that is not downloading. The others are fine.

I can probably work around this but I want Quicken to verify bc if I start to handle manually or change how I tag transactions as a workaround and Quicken changes this again it will mess me up big time.
